I have never enjoyed buying a car until my recent purchase from Stephen at James Glen. He is the athmenia of your usual car salesman. While he's obviously running a business, he is passionate about cars and wants the customer to have a good experience.
I purchased a nine year old car but thanks to Stephen buying a quality car and Lee (the valeter) making it look so good it looks (and runs) like a much younger car.
I would recommend James Glen cars to anyone.

I contacted Stephen a little over a week ago having seen a Z4 on offer. He made the process so simple allowing me to fulfill a longstanding desire to own one - picked it up on Monday, beautifully detailed and exceeded all my expectations, couldn't be more pleased.

I recently bought a car from James glen car sales. I spent ages looking for the right car and couldn't decide what I wanted. I spoke to Stephen and his team (great team and extremely easy to talk to) and saw a fabulous bmw which I wanted.
I was going to part finance it with a loan from the bank but after the bank asked me for more info for the third time I had a chat with Stephen and tried going through finance with him. After a couple bits of basic info, and 2 mins later the finance was sorted! I picked the car up the next day and it was spotless, iv never seen a car so shiny!

Just bought a Volvo convertible from James Glen Motors, and the experience was very positive. Stephen was great as he left us to look around the car with no pressure to buy, and answered all our questions with no hesitation. I felt he gave us a good deal on my car as part ex and met me half way on the warranty I wanted. The other staff member we met was friendly and also very knowledgeable about the car we were test driving.
I felt we were treated as customers should be and not as if we were just potential profit for the company.
I would have no hesitation in recommending James Glen car Sales for anyone looking for a quality car and a hassle free experience.

Well i have to say, i'm extremely happy with the service i had at James Glenn Car Sales. Stephen collected me from Edinburgh Airport after my flight up from Cardiff with no issue at all. The car i went to look at looked fantastic on arrival at the showroom. I didn't feel pushed in to buying the car and felt at ease the whole time i spent there. After purchasing the car i made the long trip back down to Wales. It was well worth it i must say.
