I purchased Bose headphones at the Glasgow Bose store operated by James Morrow. When they developed a fault I was surprised by the very poor level of support from staff members. I can not recommend this company.

OK, really fancied a listen to the Dynaudio Contour 30 speakers but no-one north of London had any in stock. Phoned James Morrow on spec and was told to leave it with them. Shop phoned me back later to say that Dynaudio would send a demo pair over from Denmark that day - WOW!!! These speakers cost between £5700 and £6600 depending on the finish.
A week later and demo arranged with Daniel (didn't even charge for coffee either). Very impressed was I so ordered a pair up and Daniel had them couriered to my front room just a week later - well done Dynaudio also. Even out of the box (packing was sensational, incidentally) these speakers are real class. James Morrow are a class act also. Don't know any other shop that would have gone to that trouble for a customer. Well done lads.

Used James-Morrow for many years for home cinema installation, multi-room hi-fi and latterly Sonos System. I would recommend them highly.
