My husband got his tag watch serviced because the time was running slow. They said all it needed was the battery replaced, so they did it and the very next morning-nothing had changed, it was still running slow. We used to buy every single thing from here, but this was poor service-he tried to tell them but they didn't listen.

We have had excellent experiences at Jamieson & Carry, the first time picking out an engagement ring and the second time choosing our wedding bands. The customer service and attention to detail is outstanding and we felt completely at ease while browsing the selection of rings.

Always impressed. I buy everything for my wife from here. Engagement ring, eternity ring, charm bracelet and will be heading over for her 40th present soon. I purchased a new Tudor watch from Jamieson & Carry last year, the TUDOR Heritage Black Bay bronze. I had visited a number of jewellers who were not able to get the watch and although I had to go on the waiting list, Jamieson & Carry delivered.
They kept me up-to-date on when the watch was likely to arrive and even better I was able to get it in time for Christmas. The service and communication throughout was first class and I wouldn't go anywhere else in future.
