I'm not sure you could call this Chinese food. Absolutely disgusting

DO NOT order a takeaway from this restaurant!!!! I waited an hour for my delivery then phoned and was told it as 'still in the kitchen' and they would call me when on its way. I called 30 mins later to be told it hadnt been made! I requested a refund but a very impolite mas refused unless I came down to the restaurant with my credit card. I suggested they could give the cash to a delivery driver to bring round but this was met with a very rude response. I did go round and they couldnt find my order so didnt know how much to refund. The guy started shouting at the women from the kitchen with several uses of the F word, all in earshot of the customers. so 2hrs after placing my order, an unecessary trip out and a startving family, I eventually received my refund. What a shambles and possibly the worst customer service experience ever encountered. I would post zero stars if possible

Good food good service

Had lunch was very good nice choice of dishes staff were helpful and friendly clean and tidy tables and floors.

Lovely food and good service with excellent choices from the pre theatre menu.

Ordered from here last week, chicken was completely raw. Don't waste your money or chance being sick.
