Bought a car back in February was told it would be serviced prior to me buying and I would get the invoice for it at the end of the month when they get it, after trying at least 5 times to get it all I got was excuses and ended up giving up and paying for one myself. Also felt like they couldn’t get me out the door quick enough when I was collecting the car.

Bought my 1series BMW from Mark a few months ago. I am really pleased with the purchase and I am still enjoying driving it. The car was fully valeted before I picked it up and it was immaculate inside and out. Very pleased and I will visit again when looking for my next car - possibly to lease in the future!

Bought a beautiful Skoda Superb Estate from Jasu Vehicles. Had a wee problem with the driver's door not locking. Jasu took the car and repaired it in no time before personally delivering it to my home at no cost to me.

Purchased a car from here and nothing but problem after problem and still getting problems almost £4000 + worth of works needed on car since got it and there customer service/aftercare is shocking with the few problems they did half help with they sent the car to a former colleague (who has his own garage also where majority Jasu motors probably go) where they worked at Arnold Clark together who took instruction from Jasu to put old pads on with new brake discs him being a mechanic should have told Jasu you cannot do that but with it being the friends act he done it for them, highly doubt he would do this on his own car. I 100% believe Allan's review below as our car also sent out with very little tred on tyre. Also had to go down route of going back to finance company (where they got an independent car report done which showed all the things Jasu failed to disclose) where the finance company had to pay for these issues to be fixed. The car has been in a garage more than it's been driven. Buy a car here at your own risk you have been warned.

Bought a car from here 6 months ago now. After picking the car up and heading home the engine management light came on and there was a strong burning smell of oil, when reversing to park the car kept jumping out of reverse, the o ring side lights did not work and the protective cover from the lights where missing allowing water in which had caused rust in the components. Also the rear tyres had little tred on them aswell as the under tray for the engine missing allowing water in and the belts to squeal. We contacted the garage with the issues and returned it the next week and had been advised that they forgot to service it along with do any form of before sale check which we were told would happen, we listed the faults to them and left the car with them. We picked the car back up and started home again and the engine management light came on and the reverse gear still jumping out. They had also put part worn tyres on the car with huge gouges out the side walls, and still no missing covers so still water leaking into the lights. To cut a really long story short. After 4 visits and the main gear box issues and missing covers not resolved the garage started to ignore us. So have had to go back to the finance company and have started leagal proceedings against the garage as the car will not pass it's MOT in April. I would recommend that anyone buying a car from these monkeys think again. The day we viewed ours they appeared to be having engine troubles with another two cars on the forecourt and we were hurried out. Worst experience of my life! The guys are roug traders and so unhelpful with rotten attitudes!!!!
