A Letter to our little ones...
Hello everyone, just a little note from all of us at jaybees. We are missing you so very much, it is very strange indeed not seeing your little faces every day. We miss the big things like our trips to the forest, our Smiley Miley’s and our den building to the littlest of things like your laughter, your cuddles and your stories… But this is your chance to make the biggest story of all and do you know the best way to do this is by taking lots of ...pictures or making drawings of all your adventures and keeping them safe to bring with you when you come back to the hive. Or maybe you could even ask mummy or daddy to send us some pictures … we would just love to see what you have been up to, I bet you are having lots of fun. You have probably been told that it is very important to stay at home just now so we don’t catch any bugs! The Prime Minister Mr Borris would like us all to do that and I’m sure he would be very proud to know that you are doing what he says and keeping safe…oh and remember to keep dotting your hands at hand washing time, and mummies and daddies and anybody else’s who is at home with you… maybe you could even teach them our baby shark song. There are still a few of us here at jaybees. Boys and Girls who’s mummies and daddies have to go to work to help people who might not be very well. They say hello too and want you to know that they are keeping us on our toes and making sure the nursery is the fun and safe place that you left. Ezra the fish has been asking for you all I think he is missing you too but don’t worry we are taking very good care of him until you get back I even read him the rainbow fish the other day to stop him feeling lonely. I bet all those seedlings will have started to grow big and strong and will maybe even be ready to harvest when you come back to jaybees… I will need to remember to water them everyday, this will be a very big job without you to help. Sometimes all these changes can be a little frightening but don’t worry and if you do feel a little worried then tell mummy or daddy because they are the very best at making you feel better. As for us we just cant wait to see you again and squeeze you all really tight. We promise to write again soon little ones, lots of love xx 🐝🥰

We didn’t get a chance to say a temporary goodbye to all our lovely families. It has broken our hearts, we will miss you ‘hunners’ but by giving up your place at Jaybees 🐝 you are allowing us to help frontline workers. The Jaybees team are as you know amazing 🦸‍♀️ making personal sacrifices to give the children who are coming through our doors the fun, the care,the cuddles they all need at the moment. Thanking you all, stay safe and we will welcome you all back into the hive as soon as all this is over 🌈
