An osteopath friend of mine has written this lovely blog post about the causes of clicking knees and when to be concerned. I thought some of you might find this interesting
😃 Enjoy your weekend x

As some of you may already be aware I’m due to go on maternity leave beginning of December and will then be off for a little while once the baby arrives.
I will return to each of the 3 clinics I currently work at after maternity leave and there will be cover for my patients at each clinic so there should be minimal disruption while I’m away.
If you have a niggle or ache that you’ve been meaning to see me about might be worth booking in before I go, as dates for the end of N...ovember and December are going quickly.
I will post my final clinic dates once confirmed
Thanks Jenna x

Good News! Therapeutic Ultrasound is now available at Downham Market and Chatteris Clinics!
Ultrasound uses high frequency sound waves to affect the cells under your skin. These sound waves cause localised vibrations so small you can’t feel them. The vibrations affect the permeability of you cell membranes and promote changes that allow healing.
... Therapeutic ultrasound has been shown to cause increases in: * healing rates * tissue relaxation * local blood flow * scar tissue breakdown

5 years ago today I worked my first day as a qualified Osteopath.
When I think of all the people I have met and helped along the way it makes me so grateful that I do the job that I do.
