Each day is a little lifetime. Enjoy every moment.

Too often we can get stuck in our over thinking conscious mind, riddled with worry, doubts, fears and inner dialogue that can criticise and damage our inner beauty.

But we can learn to break free from the negatives, embrace our higher self and live connected to our inner truths. When we live connected to, and embracing our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we begin to live more fully and deeply.

We can make a choice, to live with feelings of love, happiness, joy and contentment, or feelings of pain, guilt or resentment.

Join me, in choosing happiness each day, in manifesting more of what makes you happy into your life, and learn how we can bring our intentions into the universe and allow energy to continue the flow of abundance that is already within you.

Our Sunday Night Stress Release is once again fully booked, however Choose You - yoga studio and wellness hub have kindly agreed to let us run an extra class on the 1st of March at 7pm ❤
This month's class is all about finding your peace within, making peace with situations and forgiving and accepting ourselves as part of our self love and self care journey.
I do hope you can join 🙏
... This is a duplicate of class running on the 21st of February and features all the elements of deep relaxation and featuring love and acceptance for our self and those in our life, both past and present.
We are the only class in West Lothian to solely focus on deep relaxation for the mind, helping you switch off from over thinking.

You can choose to be seated on a chair or lying on a yoga mat supported by bolsters.

Did you know that a good laugh can help you to reduce pain and prevent infections?
It has been seen that there is a considerable drop in the levels of stress hormones after a good laughing session as it helps release endorphins - which also brings positive changes to the mind as well as the body.
A good, hearty laugh brings in more oxygen to the lungs than normal breathing would do, which improves heart rate and boosts your immune system.

We are back on February 19th with a beautiful guided Meditation for healing and rejuvenation.
Our Chakra Cleanse & Heal helps balance your energies, revive and refresh your mindset and helps you feel more in control of your emotions.
Buy "in control", I mean connected to and in touch with your emotions, so you can feel more balanced and in tune with yourself.
... I love this Meditation as it helps with healing and refreshing the body physically (we will be bring in elements of pain relief for those who will benefit from it) but also working with the mind, refreshing our thoughts and becoming more aligned with them to move forward much more optimistic and peaceful.
Don't worry! You don't need any experience, you don't need to clear your mind and you don't need be particularly spiritual to join in, as our monthly class is open to everyone and always covers simple steps for relaxation before we begin.
All meditations are carried out whilst seated on chairs, however the yoga studio has plenty of mats for those who would rather lie down.
