Jenya Properties is led by Michael Holland who studied at Aberdeen University and has an MSc in Business Management and Economics. Michael’s family has a medium sized property portfolio in Aberdeen and around Scotland. This has given him a very detailed insight to leasing out properties with the best and most cost effective management methods. He understands the Aberdeen leasing market and knows what needs to be done to keep properties rented out.

Prior to being in the property management market, Michael managed a multi million farming operation with excellent personnel skills but more importantly, he is practical and hands on. This gives him the edge when saving money on repairs; maintenance and other queries before calling outside assistance if required and unnecessary contractor call out fees.

Jenya Properties has an efficient team of contractors that we can rely on, from plumbers and electricians to painters and fitters. This enables us to quickly get properties:
