Have frequented this establishment since I was 18 - 46 years 😱😄 On this occasion took rings in to be sized up - delighted with the result - my jewellery was sparkling and shining, perfect fit. Cost was was worth the joy and pleasure of now being able to wear my rings. Excellent workmanship and service

Great shop very friendly and helpful prices good

Took my watch to get battery changed. The staff member damaged the watch while changing the battery yet tried to blame it on me because I didn't pay attention and point it out when I picked it up, even though it was damaged while in their possession and they should have pointed this out to me. They were coming up with any excuse to avoid admitting liability. Bad attitude, poor customer service.

I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family when they are thinking about buying or selling any jewelry there prices a very reasonable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff on this local shop- much better value for New jewellery than Argyle arcade or bigger named shops - have also had sizing, replacement diamonds matched and trade-in upgrades in the years I've used them!
