I have now bought 3 cars from Jim and his team, and every time the experience has been amazing! I remember buying my first car, and he didn't have what I wanted in stock, but he went out of his way to source the car, and bring it onto his lot for me to look at, no obligations. It was an amazing experience, and one that I will always remember. Thoroughly recommend!

Purchased a few cars now from Jim Reid Vehicle Sales - they have never been pushy, even after we test drove about 5 cars!! Nothing is too much trouble for them and always been happy with them when buying our cars. Had car in for a service recently - always good, reliable service with the option of a courtesy car if required. Greeted by friendly guys who notified me once car was ready. Absolutely no hassles and will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Absolutely first class service. Prior to meeting Jim and the team, we would dread having to buy cars, dealing with sales people who you always felt were just trying to make the sale and had no interest if the car was suitable or not. Jim and the whole team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. At no point was there any pressure, you genuinely feel they have your best interests in mind when helping select a car and the after sales service is like none I have ever experienced. We're two cars in and won't be going anywhere else when we next change our cars - anyone who knows me, will understand what an endorsement that is!

Rest assured this establishment is the absolute best of the best and it doesn't get any better. I'm extremely happy with my nearly new car at a fraction of competitors prices. I am also pleased with my trade in price. Will most certainly be buying here again. It is one thing purchasing a car because typically what you see is what you get but it is the after sales service that really matters.
I have purchased 5 cars and my son 2 cars from JRVS. There is no coincidence here, it is not only the competitive price that makes this my first choice to look and buy. Jim and his team make buying a car personal so that you drive away with what suits your needs and do not feel out of place if you call for assistance, even a couple of years after purchasing the car.
I have my own "high end" car from order and I do not receive anywhere near as good a service as I do from these guys which is pretty disappointing considering the cost!
It is pure professionalism that brings me and I'm sure many others back for more.
