" This Chinese proverb sits at the heart of my practice because 100% of the time, it's people and the stuff they say and do everyday that creates the world in which we life. In business, this means they're the thing that makes the difference between success or failure. The cumulative and transformational power of people collaborating to succeed is an awesome force that presents an opportunity to deliver incredible results - either positive or negative. My work is about guiding and supporting people and organisations to commit to values-driven, positive, sustainable change. I interpret 'prosperity' in the proverb to mean for individuals, organisations and the communities within which they operate and compete. For me, we change the world a person at a time and each time a person talks to another person is an opportunity to influence the outcome for all of us.
