Great fun at the St Andrew's Hospice Santa Dash around Strathclyde Park this morning. Well done to Lisa who was there providing free treatment for any runners and a special mention to Annette Flaherty who completed her 2500th mile of the year - an amazing achievement!

A big well done to our patient Annette Flaherty who is running 2,500 miles this year in aid of charity.
Annette is running 50 miles for 50 weeks throughout all of 2019 and is now over halfway there to reaching her target.
All funds raised are going to two different charities: St Andrew's Hospice and Funding Neuro.
... So far she has raised a phenomenal total of ┬Ż2,760.00.
Please find in the link below more details of Annette's story and how you can donate to this fantastic challenge.

Many of the worldŌĆÖs greatest athletes eat, sleep, breathe, and live for their sport. But did you know that in addition to physical conditioning and conscious eating, sleep plays a major role in athletic performance and competitive results?

We're coming up to six months already at our Physiotherapy clinic in Hillington.
We'd like to thank all patients who have been in with us so far!
Like our other five clinics we offer convenient, prompt, and flexible appointments for Physiotherapy and acupuncture.
... We're always eager to hear your feedback to allow us to maintain and improve our service level to patients. The best way you can provide feedback is by leaving reviews for us on Facebook or Google. All feedback is very much appreciated!

Lovely route for a run this morning - went past Westminster and sorted Brexit out before getting a close up of my big bright red face at Buckingham Palace!

Bringing the outside in!
I have been discussing this with ergonomic clients a lot over the last few months with a growing number of businesses using plants and greenery to promote wellbeing at work.
It's a nice idea with some evidence to suggest it can have a positive impact on mood and productivity.
... What is likely to be even better though, is to leave your office, go outside, smell some fresh air rather than someone else's lunch and get some exercise with a run or walk around the park. Leave the inside in and go outside!!
