Joe's Protein Flapjacks
Ingredients 120g rolled oats 100g Peanut butter ... 60g Whey protein powder 125-150g Skimmed milk (almond milk and other % fat milks can be used instead but weights may vary) 15g of honey
Directions Place whey and oats into large bowl; mix together Add milk and peanut butter and mix together until evenly mixed Add honey and stir evenly through mixture Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and drizzle a touch of coconut oil Spread mixture onto paper around (1-3cm thickness) Place in fridge for 30 minutes Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees C (gas mark 5)10-12 minutes in oven Remove, slice and leave to cool
Nutritional Value Protein: 85g Carbohydrate: 110g Fat: 55g
To create a more calorific protein flapjack, simply use a mass-gainer style protein powder instead of whey, opt for full fat milk, top with a nut butter and add a handful of blueberries to the mixture.

Joe's Simple Protein Pancakes: 1 Scoop Whey (brand & flavour of your choice, I used Vanilla) 2 Egg Whites 1/4 Cup Oats 1/2 Large Banana (substitutions below)... 1 TB Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1/8 teaspoon of Baking Powder Directions: Put all ingredients into blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth. Allow the batter to set for about 5 minutes. Heat up a pan and spray with non-stick spray. Pour batter onto skillet (batter makes 2-3 normal sized pancakes). Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked fully.

Popped in here on Monday knowing they sold Dymatize protein shake, my favourite shake for workouts. Anyway guy was very welcoming top class customer service from the minute me and hubby went in very knowledgeable and spoke to us about all the products and gave us some great tips too ! Will def be back and be recommending to my clients too. Thanks again!

Overall, great knowledge, competitive prices and a good variety of supplements to suit everyone's budget.
