About Jogging Buddies Paisley
Classes are for everyone from the complete novice to the experienced runner!
Jogging Buddies provides you with qualified jog leaders to guide & support you to attain your goals, safety of running in a group and the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.
Our beginners classes start with a gentle walk /jog and build up gradually.
Classes £3 per session, free to RLL club members.
New Beginners Classes start at all venues week commencing
9 February 2014. £20 for 8 week block . Free taster sessions at all our venues the week before

Lagoon Leisure Centre Tuesdays , 6. 00pm
Glennifer High School Tuesdays , 6. 30pm
Ralston Community Centre Wednesdays, 7. 00pm
Elderslie Village Hall Thursdays, 6. 30pm*
Erskine Sports Centre Thursdays , 6. 30pm
Linwood Sports Centre Saturdays, 10. 00am
*Walking group too
