This week is Back Care Awareness week. If your suffering with back pain why not speak to an osteopath to see if they can help?

Headaches can commonly be as a result of poor neck mobility leading to muscular tension in the occipital muscles.These affected joints and muscles respond well to osteopathic treatment , which restores normal mobility to the area.

It doesn't seem like it but 28 yrs ago today this young whippersnapper graduated! I know I don't look any different,it's down to marrying Clare 4 days later and it's been plain sailing ever since.

A Big Welcome to Cai (and bob the skeleton) who has joined the practice today on a permanent basis. He will be available on Mondays and Fridays and also uses acupuncture along with osteopathy. He has been working on and off at the Clayton practice since January and I'm really pleased to have him on board.

Suffered a while with neck and back pain, a few sessions here and back to my good self . Highly recommended.

I went to see Cai for my back problems as I have it over years.

His treatments are really effective. He has also provided me with good advice on my posture and exercises.

I feel much better every time after treatment. The environment is very friendly and professional.

I will definitely be going back for other treatments, highly recommended.

I can't put into words how much this man has helped me over the years.1st class.

My wife injured herself earlier this week from lifting and having been to the doctors, who could only recommended painkillers, I suggested we both visit today (she's always saying we should do things as a couple �). While I was having my usual appointment with John, Cai instantly identified that she was suffering from acute facet lock and within minutes she was back on her feet, feeling ten times better.

Been having problems with my foot for 3 weeks, I went to see Kai today and voila he'd diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 30 mins. Absolutely excellent service. Would recommend you go with out hesitation!

Amazing!! Kia is a miracle worker. I could hardly walk when I first visited him. Within a few weeks I was on the mend. Overall a brilliant experience.
