John Clark Mini Aberdeen

I bought my Mini Countryman in August from them. Absolutely delighted with the service from the sales team, in particular Ross has been outstanding and an absolute credit to the company. There have been a couple of hiccups but nothing that he hasn't managed to sort out. Car is currently in for a repair to the roof and a service, courtesy car dropped off at my work when they collected mine and will be returned to me at work. They made sure my courtesy was a countryman so I could get a wheelchair in the boot. If the service team perform as well as Ross then this place should be the envy of all dealers

Be warned – Something they don’t tell you.

Mini cooper Convertible. When I purchased the car the roof was replaced as the window demister was faulty. Within two year of the repair the new roof was shown signs of wear and tear. Small holes and tears were appearing. I took the car back to John Clark Mini, who agreed the roof should last longer than two years, but they would not replace it after requesting to inspect the issue twice. They informed me this is natural wear and tear. I find it difficult to believe that every two years I am expected to replace the roof due to wear and tear at a cost of about £2800. When purchased the car, no advice was given on the roof and certainly nothing mention about a £2800 bill every two years. After a time, they also start ignoring your emails. Be warned if you are intending buying a car from John clark mini, especially a convertible.

Nice cars. Dark showroom with black walls and a south facing glass wall meaning when it's sunny the place is boiling and so much glare that's its difficult to see the cars properly. When it's cloudy it's too dark to see the cars properly. Salesman said he would call the next day about a deal but didn't

I took my Mini Countryman in for a service which was anticipated to be a fairly quick job but due to complications took several days to complete. Thanks to the service supervisor Kerri I felt looked after and supported throughout. She provided me firstly with lifts from the service centre back to my work and then with a very nice courtesy car when the need arose. I was given regular updates and ultimately their mechanic managed to get me back on the road with minimum disruption and I was not charged for the extra time the work took to complete.

Always been helpful to me. But unsurprisingly pricey as it's a dealer I have just ordered my 4th Mini here in 15 years

I highly DO NOT recommend this garage. I was there two weeks ago with a flashing engine light, they carried out diagnostics, repaired what was wrong according to their diagnostics and charged me with only £576.14. Engine light came back on so they have checked that again and they found oil filler cap twisted and apparently that was causing air mass storage. They have replaced oil filler cap that costs £8.76 and charged me £117.47 for the job without asking if I am happy to carry out this service. The problem was probably caused because somebody didn't lock the oil filler cap correctly two weeks ago when topping up oil level. I came back with a complaint about job not being done properly two weeks ago so I should pay maybe for the parts but not for their time and lack of knowledge.

Fantastic service. They had my mini to sort a leak around the windscreen and kept in touch every day to let me know about the progress. Thank you

I spent the best part of 3 hours today with Sales Manager Tony Higgins, doing his very best to get me into my ideal car - which he did. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received today, nothing was too much bother and we were kept topped up with delicious hot coffee and biscuits. I will be recommending for sure to any of my friends who are trying to decide where to buy their next car. Head for Mini Aberdeen.
