Very helpful staff

I had my laminate floor damaged during the installation of the fireplace. It was bad enough but what shocked me more was when I phoned to make a payment I asked for discount, Mr. Kane kept shouting at me “Are you going to pay or not!?” and “Can I have your card number please!” all the way … I had to give up in the end - really awful experience.
