Scotland’s largest exporter of truly traditional Scottish smoked, Scottish salmon - John Ross Jr (Aberdeen) Ltd uses time-honoured techniques to produce a range of world-class smoked salmon products.
Using historic, listed red brick kilns dating back to 1857, the Grade A, superior salmon is naturally cold smoked over oak and beech chippings for up to 24 hours – this rarely used technique produces a smoked salmon that other, more modern methods, cannot match.

Loved the balmoral smoked salmon I won on the valentines competition! Have tasted the normal smoked salmon in the past and it’s delicious too. Will defo be buying in the future best I’ve tasted highly recommend
I ordered the 900g sliced salmon it says suitable for 16 to 18 people as a starter... oops I ate the kot in three days it was so good
