SERVICE SIRES
Here are the four service sires for our consignment of Midlock and Crimp Cramp gimmers heading to Lanark tomorrow.

LOT 104 for J36 26th of January Sire: K1 Highberries Dam: G1 Asby Hall Two full sisters retained. Gdam was purchased from the Marriforth flock in 2013 and has bred very well in the flock.
LOT 103 for J36 26th of January Sire: K1 Shafthill Dam: G2 Marriforth ET sister to the 1200 Longtown hogg sold earlier this year. ET sisters retained. Dam was Champion at the royal highland Show in 2016.
LOT 101 for J36 26th of January Strong gimmer with good blood lines scanned triplets to L27 Midlock who was retained for stock. L27 was male champion at the highland show in 2018. All enquiries more than welcome.

LOT 38- In-Lamb Gimmer for Lanark on 25th of January.
Dam is a full sister to the £12,000 Midlock H20 Dynamite, that was sold to the Keer flock, and has bred well. Dam has been breeding well within the flock. LOT 38 has a full sister retained which is a very smart gimmer. All enquiries more than welcome.
LOT 35- EWE HOGG FOR STIRLING 23RD JANUARY
Dam was flushed as a ewe hogg. Dam goes back to the Marriforth hogg that was purchased in 2013 and has bred very well in the flock.
LOT 34 - IN-LAMB GIMMER FOR STIRLING ON WEDNESDAY 23rd JANUARY Dam of lot 34 is Midlock F70. F70 was the highland show champion in 2018. Dam is one of the best breeding ewes in the flock having bred 15k G33 Midlock Knight Rider, 11k G35 Midlock Hulk, 10k G34 Midlock and 8.5k Midlock G29. This is the most successful flush we have ever had and Lot 34 will be the first female ever sold out of F70.
LOT 77 for Carlisle. Dam is full sister to dam of £6000 g37 Midlock Big Ben. Gdam A88 has been a very influential part of the flock breeding some of the flocks best crossers such as D45 midlock, G37 midlock and H18 midlock. All enquiries more than welcome.
LOT 75 for Carlisle. Dam won champion peebles show 2016 and has bred rams to £8500. This is the same family as £16,000 L37 Midlock. Full sister retained in the flock. She is one of only two gimmers offered in lamb to the 20,000gns L3 Steel. All enquiries more than welcome.
