I have been using this shop for fifteen years , really helpful and friendly staff and great service , they cannot do enough to help you

Avoid at all costs.
Ruined a jacket then produced a report saying the damage could only be caused by incorrect manufacture or incorrect moisture control during cleaning.
Guess what? Brook Taverner made the jacket incorrectly and the uneducated oaf claiming to be the manager of this establishment is blameless.
