We had a group of disabled people there for coffee and scones - as usual the staff in the shop and cafe were friendly/helpful - moving furniture for access- patient while getting orders sorted - made it a pleasant morning!

Staff were really helpful. Lots of lovely things to buy.

Make sure to stay for lunch. Delicious.

The tour is great, very informative and the café has good lunches and almost criminal desserts.

Nice friendly people, great product and has a sit in cafe for visiting.

Great mill experience and a factory shop with a good mix of full priced and reduced clothing & accessories.

Café had reasonable mix of light bites at affordable prices.

Food not great. Given knifes to eat cakes with and were surprised when we requested forks.
