We just want to take a minute to explain our meal deals and byob policy!
BYOB...YES bring your own wine, beer, prosecco etc. NO free pouring spirits please!
... MIDWEEK DEAL (┬Ż19.95PP) 3 tapas dishes and bread...no corkage fee.
WEEKEND DEAL (┬Ż24.95PP) 3 tapas dishes, bread, dessert and corkage included.
There is a minimum of 2 tapas dishes per person if you are not going with the meal deal. Also, corkage fee is ┬Ż4pp if you don't take the deal.
We will also recommend that tables of 8 or more people take a selection from the kitchen. Just let the waiter/waitress know of any dietary requirements!!
Sometimes larger tables (7/8) will be sat round a booth to accommodate as many of our customers as we can. In Josephines we are all about good food and good fun, tapas is meant for sharing with family and friends and sometimes we think you should all just get a little closer!! ­¤śē

Was in recently as a table of 8, lovely food, and lots of it, everyone enjoyed everything we had, and even better that its bring your own booze so makes it very reasonably priced.. nice friendly staff also, thank you x

Staff could not be friendlier (OK they maybe donŌĆÖt have to be QUITE so young!!) but the tasting plates are oh so tasty!

Really enjoyable meal here tonight. Totally relaxed, laid back and great value for money. ItŌĆÖs always been a place IŌĆÖve walked by for years and said I really need to go here! Finally we did, and will totally be back! My personal favourite was the Madrid Chicken! Avoid the chains and support local!

Food was fantastic, Group of 12 and everyone was pleased. Brilliant selection of tapas dishes. Will be back!

Food was delicious. There was a good selection to choose from. Friendly and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. And bring your own bottle is an added bonus! Will definitely be going back!

First visit with work friends and certainly won't be the last. Food amazing and staff make you very welcome - totally relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

First of all I found the service from the staff very friendly and welcoming. It was a very warm and calm atmosphere.

The food was dishes out within no time at all and I could not believe the flavour of the dishes that we were served. It was astounding. Absolutely beautiful. Unlike chain restaurants I really felt this place put that extra bit in. Genuinely lovely food.

I had a great time with my friends and the value for money was excellent also.

Will definitely eat here again.

Been here twice now and both times have been fantastic. Food is outstanding (especially the stovies), staff are friendly and helpful and the owner Keith is a great host and top lad. Looking forward to my next visit already.

5 stars as always, brought nan in whilst she was up visiting and after ten years living in Spain said it was the best paella sheŌĆÖd had. Great service, amazing food and a nice new design for the restaurant!

Was here for a birthday meal as a group of 6 last night, I have been before a couple of years ago and knew the food was really nice. There was a mix of meat eaters and vegetarians so rather than spending forever picking out plates each the chef told us he would just give us a mixture of plates if we were up for it (saved us a hassle) I would deffinately recommend doing this as the food was out quick and piping hot and so much to choose from too. The new decor makes the place look a lot better (bathrooms can still be done with a spruce up but nothing major). Everyone left happy with full stomachs, deffinately coming back again!

Food was so good! Tasty and well spiced. We ordered 6 dishes between 2 and it was more than enough!

Fast service with polite and friendly staff (even though it was busy for a Monday night). Casual atmosphere, perfect place for an intimate bite that's not flashy.

Negative reviewers should give this place another chance, I know I will be back again and again!

more meat please, creamed leeks are all very well but after the third bowl it begins to get a bit much

Me and a group of my friends booked this for a birthday dinner, on arrival there was no greating at all..shown to a tiny table, we opened our bottles of wine and a manager/chef came over and told us he only did set menu for a group of our size. We were never told about this, nor did we want all the food in the set menu he was arguementative and clearly just wanting to rip us off as another waitress said we didnt need to do the set menu. he rudely then told us this place was for eating not drinking. As a group that go for tapas often this was a very poor standard meal, with the rudest manager ive ever come across shouting and swearing at his staff. If i could rate it 0 star i would absolutely shocking.

If you want a meal with great customer service and an enjoyable evening I wouldn't go here. Management are incompetent and rude, cafe andaluz is by far better in all aspects.
