We are so lucky to have a good independent camera shop in Perth. The staff are always friendly and helpful and, in a relatively small space, the shop carries a good range of stock. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but I appreciate personal service and the opportunity to handle a bit of gear before I make a purchase. Over the last couple of years I've bought a tripod, a big telephoto lens and a backpack from JRS with no regrets.

Been in this shop 3 times. Twice was good service from friendly staff. On one occasion I was served by the owner (I believe) and he made it very obvious he didn't want to help me. It speaks volumes when the shop assistants are friendly and informative and the business owner is rude and hostile. Would not use this shop again unfortunately.

Best camera shop in many countries! Staff are competent and honest. Technical and commercial advice was great. Happy to support them and recommend them.
