This page is here to discuss and share stories about Kinetic Chain Release (KCR). This is a stand alone therapy which can help alleviate pain and discomfort with a very gentle set of mobilisations and stretches which may take from 20-50 minutes to perform depending on extent of issues and blockages within the body.
