Just a wee reminder that until the spring, we are now only available for indoor hires. All of our inflatables are suitable for indoor use and if you need any help in finding a suitable venue please do not hesitate to get in touch!

It’s hard to believe it’s time for a new diary already however we are receiving bookings for well in to 2019 from our very organised customers! We always recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially if there’s a particular castle you want to hire, and we don’t require a deposit as the full payment is taken on the day of the hire #jumpforjoymoray #moray #bouncycastlehire

At Jump for Joy Moray all of our inflatables are available for HALF DAY HIRES! These are particularly popular for those indoor hires where a bouncy castle is only required for a few hours. As always if you would like any further information please feel free to get in touch :)

As a result of the high winds today we have been left with no option but to cancel all of our outdoor hires. The maximum wind speed in which an inflatable can be safely used is 24mph and as you can see from the picture, the met office have recorded wind speeds of almost double this already today so it would have been completely irresponsible of us to go ahead with any outdoor hires. It would also have put the children at risk of serious injury, harm or worse and that’s not a risk we are ever willing to take! SAFETY FIRST! Just a reminder that when bouncy castles are set up outdoors they MUST be on grass so that they can be pegged down securely. Using one 25kg sand bag per anchor point is absolutely fine indoors but this is simply NOT enough when they are set up outside (as per HSE requirements). Please ALWAYS check to make sure any inflatable you use is adequately anchored to avoid putting your child at risk of injury or harm.

Following recent events the statement below has been released by the Health and Safety Executive. We'd like to assure our customers that none of the inflatables we hire at Jump for Joy Moray are 'air sealed' like the one involved in this incident. All of ours are the more traditional style of inflatables which are designed and manufactured to the required standards and undergo regular inspections to ensure that they are safe for use by our customers. Each inflatable is tagged with a unique reference number and you can enter the number at www.pipa.org.uk to check the validity of the test.

It's been a very busy few weeks for us here at Jump for Joy Moray and we'd just like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who has hired from us and helped to make June our busiest month EVER! DOUBLE THE FUN with our 35ft 2-part Assault Course with Slide and Paw Patrol Slide Castle at Bishopmill Hall yesterday! This is the perfect setup for a larger party or event and don’t forget our long running offer whereby we offer a discount when you hire two or more castles together!

Now available to hire - a set of 6 plush covered HAPPY HOPPERS! These are great fun for the little ones and a perfect add-on for your bouncy castle! As with our DIDICARS these are half price when hired along with a castle. Please just drop us a PM if you require any further information :)

In addition to daily checks, ALL inflatables are required to undergo an annual safety check by a qualified Inspector (a bit like a car has to have an MOT!). We had these tests carried out last week and we're delighted to tell you that every one of our inflatables PASSED and have been certified safe for use by our customers! This is a mandatory requirement in terms of insurance cover so NO TEST = NO INSURANCE. That’s why it’s ALWAYS important to check that any inflatable you hire, regardless of who you hire it from, has a valid test. Each castle is tagged with a unique reference number which you can enter online to check the validity of the test and we are also happy to provide copies of these certificates when required!

We used Jump for Joy for our sons birthday on Saturday, they were so friendly and patient despite the endless questions we had!! We had to change venue because of the unpredictable weather on the run up to the party but nothing was a bother and everything was done to help us. The equipment (we also hired the diddy cars which were brilliant!) was in good clean working order. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Gordon and Kristine x

We hired a bouncy castle a few weeks ago to keep the kids entertained at our wedding. What can I say, 1st class service, bouncy castle was set up for the kids arriving at the hotel after the church and well and truly kept the entertained while photos were getting taken, right up until it was time to have our meal, then they came back and took it down, absolutely brilliant guys, thank you very much Ian & Lisa Forsyth x

We had the most amazing Birthday afternoon last Sunday for our 3 year old son. Lots of fun for kids and adults alike. I can highly recommend Jump for Joy Moray, very efficient and super friendly. We already booked again thank you!
