We had our sons 10th birthday party at Jump In Elstree and our party coordinator was Jessie. Jessie was excellent, she was very helpful and ensured our kids party run super smoothly. Would highly recommend Jessie and Jump In as a venue. The kids had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Many thanks!

We had a great time at Jump In today for my son's 3rd birthday. Jessie was very helpful in setting the party area up for us, getting everything ready and answering questions we had. All the children had a fab time in the soft play and trampoline area, we will definitely come back!

We come here regularly as the kids absolutely LOVE it!

Plus the staff just always seem to be brilliant, helpful, great with the kids and always happy to help! (I must make a special mention about Chloe, Moh, Henry and their manager Darren, who really went above and beyond for us today!)

We booked our 7 year old for a birthday party and he absolutely loved it ! The guys that worked there made everything so easy for us especially as we keep kosher . The duty manager Rob who was an absolute dream to work with ! Especially as we booked it all last minute and on Half term ! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to just have fun trampolining and especially for birthdays, itŌĆÖs fantastic!

Our party host was Tommy. The service we received from him was absolutely brilliant. He was so attentive at all times and made sure everything went well. He made us rest assured that everything would go smoothly as I had a very different experience a couple of months ago when I had my daughter's party.

I cannot praise this young man enough! Thank you Tommy ! You are an absolute star and an asset to the company. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to book their future parties at "Jump In".

Thank you once again Tommy. You are the reason we will be coming back in the near future !

I booked JumpIn for my sonŌĆÖs 5th birthday having never heard of it before! In the run up to the party, I got a call to ensure everything was in order. Although not clear on the website, there were food options and tea/coffee that could be booked for parents attending the party as well as children.

Despite a slight glitch when we first arrived (the staff couldnŌĆÖt find our booking), things were quickly remedied and the rest of the party was a hit. Meghan was so great with all the boys, making sure they were all involved and was generally really helpful throughout. The food was super; not just your run of the mill tasting frozen pizza but actually really tasty as were the sandwiches.

The manager was so helpful and attentive throughout making sure all our guests had a great time. We will definitely be going back to Jump In and would highly recommend it for a party!

Fantastic customer service, we took a Year 6 school leavers group this afternoon and were so pleased with how special they made the kids feel. Ryan was our party host, he managed so well with 27 excited kids, great fun jumping, great food and nothing was too much trouble-well done and thank you JUMP IN!

Can't fault it really. Had my son's third birthday there and it was great fun. Environment was safe, food was decent and well organised and we had a great spot. Big shout out to Hope the party organiser. She was friendly but professional at all time and done well with a bunch of screening kids. Great job.
