So much fun! I'm useless but I have a great time being useless! Lili and lukas are so lovely and look like they have the best time! Met some lovely ladies too.. everyone is so friendly �
Really enjoyed it!! Definitely recommend having a go
Only workout for core that I enjoy. Fun class that leaves you feeling great afterwards. Totally recommend but be warned: it's addictive! :D

The music is always really good, lukas & lily are really great instructors and very helpful.

I really suffer with a bad back and this is pretty much the only exercise that I can do that doesn't cause me any pain. Combined with the fact it's fun and a little bit crazy....I love it! ��

Great for weight loss and all round fitness. Love the music and the intensity of 'stomping' and how much fun the sessions are with Lily and Lukas. Keep up the great work.
