Someone has a party booked for the 1st September, this Saturday. We asked if you could have got in contact with us before the end of last week, it’s now Wednesday and not heard from you sadly. we would appreciate it if you would phone us before this day is up. ... Dads, grandads, papas bring along the little ones to make their very own creative card for their loved mums granny's and nanas. Mums are more than welcome too of course!

We take the kids every chance we get, very friendly staff and food is good. Can have a bit of a wait for food sometimes but people need to remember it is brambles cafe that prepare the food so depends how busy they are not the fault of jacks staff. I give it 10/10

We had our little girls 1st birthday party here as its her favourite place. Fantastic party, food was great, plenty of it and the girls really looked after us and kids had a great time. Would recommend for a stress free party. Thanks girls �

We had my daughters 5th birthday party today in Jumping Jacks and cannot fault it. Got in early to avoid the crowds (even tho it didn't get too busy anyway) and the kids had an amazing time playing. The food was absolutely amazing, plenty of it...we'll be sorted for a few days lunches for sure. Thank you so much for making it an easy party for us ��

Today I took my 5 grandkids hear 2 of them are still baby's but other 3 had a ball food was lovely to,I wld also like to say a thank you to 2 of ur staff Iv Jst found out there names chanene and Rebecca who help me without me asking as 1 of my granddaughters took a reaction of the black current Juice (no fault of yours may I say Jst 1 of these things) but thank you to those girls thay wr lovely and very helpful,we will b bck xx

This is the second year I have had my wee girls birthday party in Jumping Jacks and both have been excellent. The party food was plentiful and delicious, the party room was clean and set up ready for us, and the kids loved the soft play, it's also excellent value for money so we'll definitely be back again next year! Thank you :)

I would like to thank all the staff at jumping jacks as we had our sons 6th birthday party there on Sunday the staff couldn't be more helpful continuesly asking if we needed help or if we needed more drinks and the buffet was just great all 21 kids loved it thanks again to all the staff

I come here 2 plus times a week my 3yr old luvs it & she always makes plenty of friends & meets up with the friends from her nursery it's absolutely brilliant... Xxx

Had my daughter's 4th birthday party there and couldn't fault the place or the staff they were helpfull polite and friendly ....the food provided was more than enough so no cooking for me tonight ....my daughter had a great party thanks ����

Great soft play for children lovely staff very helpful food great too nice friendly atmosphere too ideal place to spend time with my family and nephew ideal place ��

Exactly what Stranraer has needed for years. My twin 3 year old girls loved it and it kept them well entertained for a couple of hours in a town where activities are very limited. Big step up from Ryan's Den!!!!! Food not too bad and the fact that Brambles Cafe is next door as well adds to a good morning or afternoon out for all.

Can't thank the staff enough on Thursday 26th January at our Grandsons 12th Birthday Party for a great spread of food from Brambles and the 2 ladies at Jumping Jacks who looked after us...they had to work hard thanks to myself...I would highly recommend Jumping Jacks for a little ones party or event

An ideal set up in stranraer for young children, well structured and planned out! staff are great with the kids, and service is great and quick!!! the additional touches and thought into this establishment are well thought through and ALWAYS successfull- will 100% be back

My 8yr old daughter loves running wild here,only down side is when this was second time we've been and kids were throwing the balls at her which she didn't like and then had to avoid that area. The steak pie,peas and chips were absolutley delicious. Fantastic place.

Kids love it but the place is far far to cold the staff could do with some extra training as there not very approachable working with kids they should at least greet with a smile breakfasts r fab!

Its great & exactly what Stranraer needs. My son loves it. But it really needs to be warm especially in the winter months. Its for kids and its freezing, if its too cold for us adults its definitely too cold for kids. Other than that its fab.

Its a great place and my son loves it, The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is, Its always really cold! The last twice i've been i've had to keep my coat on because its so cold. Apart from the heating issue it really is a fab place!

I visited here yesterday with my daughters and they had great fun. Food was good too.



3 things I would comment on is the lassie at Reception was very unhappy looking and hardly spoke. Not the kind of person that should be the first contact.



Also we waited over 15 minutes for a tub of ice cream & a coffee. It wasn't busy when we order so should have got them straight away. To tell people "we'll bring it over" when it's a tub of ice cream for kids isn't very professional. Something like that should be handed over there and then as it's not like you have to make the ice cream or scoop it out.



Also the tables could do with getting cleared and wiped as soon as possible as we went in and there was 3/4 empty tables that had dirty dishes on them and my friend cleared our table and wiped in with a baby wipe. It wasn't that busy when we arrived.

Absolutely freezing in jumping jacks today, asked a staff member if the heating was on, she said yes but it goes up before it comes down, this was around one o'clock, baby changing room was even colder, wasn't cruel enough to change the twinnies in there!!

The group of us spent over £100 to sit in the cold for two hours
