What great service we received.. special mention to Alan king who was so pleasant when I spoke to him and very accommodating.

We visited this week and were welcomed immediately. We had dinner at the restaurant and our server, David, was a lot of fun. He was very personable and gave some good insights to visit. On our second night, George, tended to us in the bar area for dinner and he was just as great. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Was lucky enough to spend a wonderful weekend here last week. From a warm and friendly welcome at reception to incredible service from Aaron and the rest of the bar team. Will be sure to come back soon, thoroughly recommend a stay due to a great central location.

Visitted last week and we will definitely be back. One of the people in our party suffers from various food intolerances. Alan the chef spent time, offerred help and advice on her choices and for once she was made to feel a valued customer. Rather than "someone else on a fad diet". Top marks to Alan. He is a credit to Jurys! As were all the staff that served us. Keep up the good work!

Visited the jury’s in for an overnight stay had a great time, breakfast was great even nicer to see the chef allan out checking everything was in order, would recommend to others

Stayed overnight and had a amazing meal, asked to speak to the chef a Mr Allan King and thanked him and his staff for the great food and service, would highly recommend.

Staff are so friendly, the lady that checked me in was a trainee (with blonde hair) I can’t remember her name but she was so welcoming and polite! Breakfast is also good and food in the bar good also. Rooms clean and warm �

Restaurant staff are superb, nothing is too much. David was exceptional even going as far as to recommend places to visit in the city as it was my first trip

I would highly recommend this venue for their service and attention to detail. Myself & my colleagues were very impressed at our meeting held this week and were especially thankful to Mellissa, Gary & Isla who ensured all our requirements were met. We will definitely be back, thank you Jurys!

I was in last week for a meal before heading out into town. Food was fantastic was very tasty I asked for the chefs name Allan King. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend

Hello! I just wanted to say how delighted I was with the professionalism and genuineness of your staff today.

Refreshing to find young women with such warmth and high levels of interpersonal skills - please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Isla and Natalie.

Having a child with allergies and food intolerances can be a nightmare when eating out. We asked to speak to the chef and he came out and spent a while with us talking over what we needed and what my son liked/disliked. The chef was a total gentleman and put us at ease straight away. Drama free meal and will def be our go to place when eating out in Glasgow. Thank you so much Allan king for all your help.

Had really nice stay.

The room was comfortable and had a great view. The staff were very friendly, especially Jack in the bar who was very genuine and helpful.

Had an overnight stay here with my husband for an event in the SSE HYDRO. Great location. Easy access for restaurants in the City and a pleasant walk back along the Clyde after the show. Hotel very clean. Each and every member of staff were very attentive. We were given a complimentary coffee while we waited to be picked up the following morning. Nice touch. Would highly recommend this place.

Great hotel and love their breakfast buffet thing, Gary the manager was nice as he helped me set up my Ps4 to their wifi as it wasn't working. Although i didnt expect to get called a Paki from one of their staff but its all good.

Erica is actually incredible!!! We stayed here a few nights in Glasgow and she made it a night to remember. So friendly and knowledgeable about the area will definitely come back!!!

David and the team in the bar- restaurant are a really professional team, very helpful and polite. Very good professional customer service really appreciate him and the team going the extra mile on our behalf will defiantly be back again, this team are a real asset. Cheers guys

Attended a meeting this week and cant fault the service or the venue. The team were on hand all day to look after us, Nothing was too much trouble. Soecial thanks to isla, mellissa and gary for the excellent service provided.

Visited as Trainer and the facilites were excellent. Enjoyed the tea and coffee been in another room. Lunch is one the best business lunches I have experienced as a Trainer. Well done to Gary and the receptionist who helped us that day with various things. Very well done!
