We are nestled in the foothills of the Pentland National Park in Edinburgh.
A dreamy cottage with "The Bungalow" surrounded by trees adjacent to the historic Water of Leith walkway which leads to the Pentland National Park and offers direct access to Edinburgh City Centre which is an eight mile walk /cycle through this leafy idyll.

The two bedroomed bungalow sleeps 4 /6 set amongst beautiful tree canopied private drive. It has a king size room with dressing area and ensuite shower & the twin has patio doors leading out to private garden.
The kitchen is beautifully arranged with all premium white goods & the bathroom consists of bath with instant shower.
All bed linen and towels supplied.

The other beautiful self catering studio has a private entrance and free parking available. This stunning little bolthole sleeps 2 /3 adults or 2 adults with 2 small children and has a fridge, two ringed cooker and
its own en-suite with double shower tray.
