There was a lot of hype with the sales pitch to get us on board but reality was a different picture. Maybe we were unlucky but the service we experienced was less than average. Over priced rental expectations resulted in only one viewing over 5 weeks. We obtained a tenant through our own endeavours, no thanks to JVR. Would not recommend as a first choice for letting your house.
