Best estate agents by far!! So friendly and welcoming when I approached K property and always so helpful with advice. Never directed me in the wrong direction and made sure it benefited me and not just the company. They made everything so simple and easy stress free when it’s normally a very stressful time. All the negative things below are definitely not true as I never experienced anything wrong with this company while dealing with them...some look a lot like jealousy... The girls in the office were great and always kept me up to date when relevant. Even better they are open 7 days a week! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, K Property are fab!

Recently sold and bought through K Property and cannot praise the service highly enough. Very knowledgeable team who have been happy to help and very friendly throughout the full process, always there to speak whenever I had any questions. Moving house is a stressful time especially when buying and selling at the same time, having the support of everyone at K Property has made the situation seamless and pleasurable. Ive bought 3 properties from Katrina now, rented 1 (soon to be 4) and soon to have sold 1. I can honestly say I wouldn't of managed this without her. She's patient, kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge of the area. She helped and guided me on many more properties I was looking at as well. I will be forever grateful and long may it continue! Also Donna in the lettings office deserves a mention as well, she has been great! She's kept me updated by text of all the viewings and managed to rent my property in 1 week!! Overall I couldn't speak highly of them all!

Having used K PROPERTY in Cumbernauld for the last 4 years for all my rental properties (52) properties which i own personally. I have found all the staff very professional and polite . All properties are let out very quickly with little void periods and on the sales side just as quick Katrina and her team are the best in Cumbernauld without a doubt. I have read the previous reviews and think there is some seriously jealous people out there who just want to ruin your business please don't let them bring you down to their level . Keep up the good work girls and thanks again will support you in any way i can just a phone call away .

This is a genuine review guys....please read before you instruct this place. 3 staff in a shabby office in the old Cumbernauld town centre, they are nothing but rude. i phoned up asking to speak to the owner and they forgot to put me on hold! So rude and abrupt. The owner who I have met face to face, thinks she is a celebrity with the worst attitude ever! Never go here guys you will regret it! My friends had warned me before! The negative reviews before explains lots! Yuck - with that attitude you business will be shut down... You build customers not drive them away! At least think about your bread and butter!

Disgusting service.....owner is a joke! Steals your money and buys fake bags and acts like she owns cumbernauld. Get a life hunny and start using your customers deposits to get some training on customer service and maybe go back to school and learn some manners.

Excellent advice and service. From the initial discussions over the sale to arrangements for the surveyor, photographer and measurements the service was first class. A real family feel about the business and absolutely 2nd to none in terms of advice. Everything I was told to expect happened showing a real knowledge of the market. House has sold in less than 1 week and was kept informed throughout the process. I can't thank the team enough. Throughly recommended if you are looking to sell or purchase property.

Sold and bought my house from K Property. Hassle free, friendly staff and very professional. Even received a lovely candle for our new home.
