The Krypt, K107fm from 8 til 10 every Thursday and tomorrow night's show will be the final tribute to The Friday Rock Show and Tommy Vance Vol 3. I've tried to keep the overall tone of what made the Friday Rock Show so special for myself and many others who tuned in every week to hear the soothing and very distinctive voice of TV and the great music he played week in week out .
I will be focusing on some of the bands that contributed to those amazing studio sessions and will ...be concentrating on the late 70's early 80's rock bands, most of whom were at the forefront of the NWOBHM some familiar such as Saxon, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden etc and some not so familiar such as...well actually I'll let that be a surprise to anyone that may want to tune in. Let me know if any of you are interested and I'll post a link to the stations website and how you can tune in, rock on! 🤘
