just had my clk 350 cabriolet delivered by alan who dealt with me right through my purchase i have Motability problems so could not get to showroom he bought car out to me to view it and try it out I made the purchase and when car was mot tested and valeted he delivered it to me if the car is as dependable as the staff I will be happy thanks again for all your help

Would like to thank all the staff, no question was to stupid and Alan even videoed various points to the car that I wanted to see. We had been looking for a RR Evoque Black Edition for a few weeks then found just the car at Kaim Park. I spoke to Ross on the phone he explained how good the car was so the deal was done! This may sound normal but i live in Devon. We flew up the following day collected from the airport(in style) by John driven back to the garage. The car was in tip top condition so we completed all paperwork and set off heading back to Devon the following morning i found a small fault i spoke to Ross he told me to take it to my local garage which i did i gave them Ross number problem all fixed

We bought a lovely Audi Q5 from Ross in August this year. Ross wanted to MOT it for us for his peace of mind but we declined we were desperate to take the car away that day. We let them know shortly after about a small issue which was dealt with in the best possibly way. The car was booked in to their recommended garage and fixed and MOTD at no expense. We are delighted with the car and also the 5 star personable service we had had from you. Miles better than any large chain car dealers!! Highly recommend and we will be back in a few years when it's time to trade in again!!
Vehicle was very well priced and a very honest and accurate description was given..ross was a fantastic help..he made everything painless and effortless..after our long journey there the offer of a fancy coffee straight away was just the icing on the cake οΏ½ bought out car over the phone in a matter of minutes and would happily do it again

I recently purchased a car from Ross at Kaim Park Garage and could not have been happier with the service. It was nice to deal with a group of guys that don't pile on the pressure and are happy to answer any questions and work with you to get the right deal. I travelled a long way to see the car and was happy to find it exactly as advertised. There was a slight issue with a fog light when I collected the car which hadn't occurred when I test drove it. This was resolved with no issues.

I booked it into my local BMW specialist and they diagnosed the fault contacted Ross who said no bother get it done I'll pay for it from up here in Scotland! I live in Hampshire οΏ½ result

Bought a Range Rover Sport from Ross at Kaim Park last week and as far as used car dealers go, these guys are probably the easiest that I've dealt with. The experience was great from when I first looked at the car - never pressured at any point, allowed to take for a test drive myself, to the purchase of the car - finance agreement sorted quickly, car ready when it was supposed to be. Ross even took the time to show me how everything works in the car, sorted our my private plate and even had a set of plates made up for my old car before I took the Range Rover away. Haven't had any issues with the car yet so can't comment on that side of the business but so far so good from Kaim Park, thanks.

The experience was great from when I first looked at the car - never pressured at any point, allowed to take for a test drive myself, to the purchase of the car - finance agreement sorted quickly, car ready when it was supposed to be. Ross even took the time to show me how everything works in the car, sorted our my private plate and even had a set of plates made up for my old car before I took the Range Rover away. Haven't had any issues with the car yet so can't comment on that side of the business but so far so good from Kaim Park, thanks.
just had my clk 350 cabriolet delivered by alan who dealt with me right through my purchase i have Motability problems so could not get to showroom he bought car out to me to view it and try it out I made the purchase and when car was mot tested and valeted he delivered it to me if the car is as dependable as the staff I will be happy thanks again for all your help

We had been looking for a RR Evoque Black Edition for a few weeks then found just the car at Kaim Park. I spoke to Ross on the phone he explained how good the car was so the deal was done! This may sound normal but i live in Devon. We flew up the following day collected from the airport(in style) by John driven back to the garage. The car was in tip top condition so we completed all paperwork and set off heading back to Devon the following morning i found a small fault i spoke to Ross he told me to take it to my local garage which i did i gave them Ross number problem all fixed

We bought a lovely Audi Q5 from Ross in August this year. Ross wanted to MOT it for us for his peace of mind but we declined we were desperate to take the car away that day. We let them know shortly after about a small issue which was dealt with in the best possibly way. The car was booked in to their recommended garage and fixed and MOTD at no expense. We are delighted with the car and also the 5 star personable service we had had from you. Miles better than any large chain car dealers!! Highly recommend and we will be back in a few years when it's time to trade in again!!

I travelled a long way to see the car and was happy to find it exactly as advertised. There was a slight issue with a fog light when I collected the car which hadn't occurred when I test drove it. This was resolved with no issues.
