'Kakes' by Sarah K specialise in creating uniquely designed cakes /cupcakes specifically to suit your requirements for any occasion.

I run my small cake business from home in South Queensferry not far from Edinburgh and have been up and running since August 2011. I am registered with Edinburgh City Council Environmental Health and I hold my Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate. I have recently completed a Creative Cake Production Course at West Lothian College and I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.

I have always loved baking, especially novelty birthday cakes for my 2 young children. I love to experiment and have worked hard to perfect my recipes to ensure that every cake I bake tastes absolutely delicious everytime. All my decorations are hand made and I concentrate on the detail to give my cakes the added 'wow' factor.
