Kallie Mackay Personal Training Description

I am a personal trainer at Fit4Less, Main Street, Dundee.

I offer one to one and small group sessions which can be carried out indoor or outdoor. You will be provided with a personalized programme specific to you and your goals. You will also receive nutritional advice and regular contact to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.

I specialize in weight loss, toning, building muscle, sports specific training, and improvements of overall fitness and health.

Single sessions or block booking available.

What an amazing year 2018 has been for me both physically and professionally.вБ£вБ£ вБ£вБ£ IвАЩm still super thankful that I stepped foot into @ffdcrossfit in January because not only did I absolutely fall IN LOVE with Crossfit, it also opened so many other doors for me. вБ£вБ£ вБ£вБ£ I was offered the opportunity to coach from there and itвАЩs been the best decision IвАЩve ever made. The festive period is one of the few times throughout the year that most people get to spend with their loved ones.
... You've trained hard all year round. You deserve some time off. Enjoy a break with your family and friends. Eat and sleep a little more than you normally do. It's not a big deal. In fact, it might actually do you some good.
A couple of nights out with your friends you haven't seen in six months, a games night with your family where you eat some (okay, a lot of рЯШВ) snacks and a Christmas dinner so big you have to nap after is NOT the end of the world.
I'm not telling you to go absolutely crazy and eat everything in sight but what I am saying is, learn to have some balance in your life. It's healthy. Enjoy Christmas. Enjoy holidays you saved all year for. What's the point if you don't?? рЯ§ЈрЯПї
Give yourself some time to rest and recover after a big year and get ready to come back and make next year even bigger рЯШО

Your body LOOKS GOOD, that's all that matters, right?вБ£ вБ£ I personally don't agree.вБ£ вБ£ Last week I put a poll up on my Instagram asking for opinions - a body that looks good or a body that is strong/fit/moves well and 73% of people were more impressed by the latter рЯЩМрЯПївБ£... вБ£ As I said on the post, both of these things can go hand in hand but it's not always the case.вБ£ вБ£ I don't believe in giving my clients an unrealistic 'diet' and training programme to achieve the body they want really fast. There are no safe shortcuts. I also don't want you to hate what you are doing every week. Yes, it's okay to struggle sometimes. That's why you have a PT, to guide you. It's not okay to feel miserable though. There are so many different foods and training styles out there, explore them.вБ£ вБ£ You need to find exercise and nutrition that you can build into your lifestyle forever. Personally, I don't feel like ridiculously low calories and multiple cardio sessions a week is something that can be sustained. Mental health and your actual bodies health is also just as important.вБ£ вБ£ I love pushing my clients to see their bodies are capable of. There is nothing more exciting than watching a client hit a PB or see their eyes light up when they're impressed with what they have just done. Instead, let's see how STRONG you can get. How FIT you can get. Be PROUD that you lift heavy weights. Fuel your body with the correct foods to get the most out of your sessions but also if your calories allow it, have a glass of wine or a doughnut.вБ£ It's no biggie рЯ§ЈрЯПївАНвЩАпЄП вБ£ Treat your body well with the correct training and nutrition and I promise the looking good part will come рЯСНрЯПї

I have been going to kallie now for a few months now and loving it. Before I would always just go to classes and at that wasn't very often.
