Our themed tastings take place regularly in Edinburgh and our drams always speak for themselves. We taste whisky and whiskey: single malts, blends, grain whisky and we don't limit ourselves just to Scotland. There's no whisky snobbery here; just a relaxed environment to enjoy some delicious drams with people who, if not your friends when you start, will be by the time you leave. As well as the whisky, I'll provide the knowledge, enthusiasm and banter. We also organise walking tours along the Leith Whisky Trail. With this 'sip back in time', you'll learn all about the brokers, blenders and bonders in what was once a thriving whisky district. This is then followed by a tasting of four carefully selected drams - each one linked to Leith's whisky history and a real blast from the past! If you're looking for tailor made whisky tours for your group, we can create whisky experiences for everyone. Whether a complete whisky novice, a connoisseur or anyone in between, we can create the perfect itinerary visiting a number of Scotland's distilleries. Along the Fife Whisky Trail, we can organise exclusive, small group tours leaving from central Edinburgh as well as the ports of Rosyth, South Queensferry and Dundee. Visiting the fantastic Fife distilleries at Kingsbarns, Eden Mill, Lindores and Daftmill, all of our tours are tailored specifically to you and your group.
