#Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate...

We went there this afternoon and were made very welcome by the owner. The portions are ridiculously large, but are about right for the price. My children loved it and their latte was good too.

Visited this evening, was very clean inside. We had 3 milk shakes an m and m waffle, cheese cake and a super huge tropical ice cream sundae. All came promptly and tasted great ! We will be visiting again �

This rating is for the gentleman who served us (Bilal) and he truly was just that! He waited on a number of tables singlehanded whilst his fellow waiters seemed to find it difficult to smile or fulfil simple requests such as getting clean glasses! Bilal, thank you for the great service and making us feel welcome you truly deserve a �

Staff were all nice and very welcoming..nice and clean place and has had alot of effort put into this place to make it how it is...tables were cleaned within minuits of people leavening and everyone seemed happy enough :)

Come today for my daughter's birthday the staff are lovely the place is great and the food is amazing my daughter loved it thank you very much definitely be come again and what a lovely thing to do giving free milkshake to the birthday girl x

Pretty much the same whenever we go. Consistently good desserts, however it would be great if all desserts always arrived at the same time. Sometimes we have a 5 min break waiting for the last dessert. But will always go back because its addictive! ��

Pud are fab when and if you get them! 5 of us went tonight 1 order was wrong, which they replaced but was wrong again and 1 had been completely missed off! Waited 40 mins for 2 coffees, and the staff really need to learn some customer service skills! It’s a fun place to be or at least it should be......smile I’m sure there are worse jobs!!!

Nice deserts but slow service and it wasn't even busy. It's not the kind of place I'd go to regularly. Kids love it for some reason...

Ice cream was lovely, staff were polite and friendly but extremely slow. Took 30 mins for 2 Ice Cream cones and a slice of Red Velvet to take away! The Red Velvet cake was really stale and dry, even the frosting had dried up! And at nearly £4, not on really. Shame, it has potential. Looks great, nice decor.

I gave this 2 star and not 1 because of the poor TWO girls having to serve, be on the floor, take orders, make the food and seat customers. Customers where complaining that they had been waiting over an hour, i was stood at the til for about 15 mins while being served as the poor girl who was trying her best was tryna figure out how to accept vouchers which i had whilst making waffles and gettin abuse of irritated customers also other customer in the q behind me i heard complaining today was the worse way to run a business & i won't be surprised if they end up with no customers and no staff left.

Belgian Waffles...You would assume they would know what they are right?



Can I have a Belgian Waffle is what I asked but the look and response I got was as though Id asked for some bizarre rare dish only found in the depths of the Amazon jungle.



i was told only what we have in the menu...strange.



It was my first time here, so thought maybe they dont sell waffles but then i found a whole section on the menu with Waffles...



I waited near side of counter but when order was ready They either called out quietly or didnt and then I had to ask for it.



The Waffle was nice, bit too eggy in taste but nice, came with ice cream which was also nice and soft.



Would have preferred runny belgian chocolate sauce on top, which is what you normally have with belgian waffles. The amount of topping was quite spare based on what it costs.



The cost i think was a bit ridiculous £6 something for a Waffle with pieces of brownie on top.



Nice presentation and quality but service needs improvement. Would try again for something else.

Been before but this time there was 8 of us our waffle was cold and ice creams had melted even had to ask for cutlery and tried to complain no one could understand and told me to complain online as didn’t know what went wrong as lots of staff still had to wait and place was practically empty plenty of other desert places so I won’t be coming again waste of £30 not even good customer service staff rude been to kaspas in London and Bolton yet Blackburn is such a letdown to the company

doesn't even deserve the 1 star. waited ages to be asked what we would like. ppl that came in after us was served before us. if ya face doesnt fit and all that. asked for a hot chocolate cake and custard got a refrigerated slice of stale cake ice cold with some watery custard. kids enjoyed there icecrram but then again what kid doesn't love ice cream. poor service. crap food. over priced stale shit if ya ask me. wont be returning

Two weeks ago I went here at the insistence of my brother as I already had a bad experience when my went to get sprinkles put on her ice cream the person at the counter refused and told to come back with £1.00 - when my daughter came to tell me I thought it’s a joke but it was true so I told the person then if you charge me this £1.00 as a matter of principle I’m not coming back again as it’s extortion Harrods don’t charge a £1.00 for sprinkles. Anyway two weeks ago I got a scoop of strawberry ice cream which I thought was a safe choice- it was one of the worst strawberry flavours I’ve ever tasted and then yesterday thinking it was a one off I got mint choc - which you get for a hint of mint flavour - it was so stong and minty I thought I was having trebor extra strong mint and again the flavour was all wrong from the mint choc I’ve had all my life!!! Either these are cheap and nasty ice creams or it’s a new blend of these traditional flavours. Anyway I totally do not like these ice creams -

It was empty they had the nerve to serve other people before me and when asked why i was not seen to they made excuse

2 groups come after us and got seated

When my 5 year old said didnt we come first we walked out

Will not be back here again

Me and my princess will find else where to go now

Never had service so bad. Waited 30mins for 2 ice creams (whilst it wasn't even busy) to be told our slip had "fallen off the board" asked for our money back and cancel order as we had waited to long to be told that we couldn't and NO need for us to complain and It hadnt been that long. I think 30 mins to scoop some ice cream in a cup is ridiculous. Eventually walked out with our money and NO desserts. Will not be going back. Took ages to order as staff were too busy talking and one looked like he was checking his phone. Even caught one opening milk with her mouth. Vile!

Need to learn how to handle the customers .that ind /pak lady was so rude even the guy aswell since they only have 30min left to closed .not even answer proper .

My first and very last visit, I was nagged from my children to go here, so I agreed and we visited this afternoon.

We were seated at a sticky and dirty table which had supposedly been cleaned...?? The seats and the splash back that was around the walls were also full of food bits, sticky and dirty. I asked a member of staff if the table could be re-wiped (and it wasn't)

I went to the counter to order our food and as I doing this a female member of staff used her bare fingers and put some food in her mouth which she took from the cake fridge. She had no gloves on and then started to serve the next person.

As i went back to my seat i noticed that the floor was full of food and grease all over it and my feet were slipping on the sticky floor. The black gloss splash backs were also dirty and sticky. The main windows to look out of were also very dirty with finger marks and food on them.

Then another member of staff walked past our table holding plates to her chest and a dirty 10" cake cutting knife(pointy end sticking out away from her body), she went in the toilets direction, i was disgusted at this and then she walked passed again a few mins later holding the knife in the same position.

Eventually our food came in dribs and drabs so we all ate separately, my son ordered ice cream and me and my daughter ordered hot waffles.

The English from the staff was very poor and they were all dirty/scruffy with food stuff all over their jeans and issued t-shirts.

Overview... very dirty, service terrible, expensive, lacked service with a smile and good communication from inexperienced staff. Food not brilliant, however not too bad...

Im a frequent customer at kaspas,i live in bolton... always a great treat with family when visiting my mum brothers and sister evn if its a takeout we get something...today we went as a family, nieces n nephews brothers n sister for 2 reasons-1st was eid and get together

2nd was a treat from my brother for my daughters birthday.

The manager was awful crammed us into an 8 seater made the whole experience for kids very sour... asked to be moved but blantantly said no, its our fault for saying wel b ok,we sat and realised it wasnt working so politely asked if we could be re seated somewhere else ... baring in mind just as we seated a big group were sat in place where apparently they use for couples to be seated and that we couldnt shift there but was ok for the group who joined all the tables n evn though i cearly saw a group leave from there!

we had already ordered would have walked out but felt tight on the amazing staff who come round are friendly and make you smile as customer service is priority...and our order hadnt arrived so it wasnt as if we dirtied the table...

His managerial skills were awful no compassion and defo a big spoiler and put a dampner on our day... i wasnt the only 1 to feel like this whilst i was there i over heard quiet a few pple saying the same thing and the poor staff endlessly apologising for his behaviour...

However the rest of the team are amazing its such a shame they get tarnished because of the behaviour and ambience of a manager!



Weve decided wel be taking our family retreats to other companies as this was the worst of the worst!



After All the great times that we have had at kaspas due to the amazing staff, today! has really changed my mind...and out weighs all the positives...

We shouldnt feel like weve burdened a company esp if we paying for the experience/ food.
