Staff were very friendly and helpful, decor is very trendy and restaurant was clean, good value for money, we got 2 lattes 2 slices of gateau and a side of ice cream for under £9.

Myself and my mum went to Kaspa’s Desserts shop in Edinburgh today for the first time. The decor inside and out is absolutely beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. Kaspa’s offer a variety of desserts and ice cream flavours. The menu layout is easily readable also. I ordered a strawberry and Nuttela crepe with vanilla ice cream and the decoration on my plate was lovely! I didn’t have to wait long for my order. Staff were very organised and made sure all customers were being served and seated at the right time. Seems like a really great place and child friendly (high chairs available) will definitely be coming back

Lovely ice cream and smoothies. Too much though for my 5 year Grandson. Please could you think about have child/ smaller portions for both the sundaes & the milk shakes.

Had a slight mix up with my order(take away). The manager called me back the next day sorted me out with refund and complimentary waffles. Staff so friendly and kind. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Came in with my best friend tonight, honestly the best waffles so fresh and yummy!! The staff were so friendly and smiley!!! The place was so clean ! We will be back again for sure!!!! ���� can I just say ALSO we seen negative reviews but we wanted to judge it for ourselves !!!!

Waffles and chocolate brownie were both really nice, cheesecake wasn’t very tasty (not like the cheesecake taste) most staff are quite friendly however some look like they just can’t be bothered being there!! Both times I’ve been in and my drinks have came a long time after getting deserts. Tonight I actually had to ask for the drinks and when I suggested to the young lady that I had to ask for the 3rd time, that they should try be more organised she suggested they were too busy to be organised. Sorry guys but the people on the tills could actually give customers their drinks their and then or whoever gets the order can prepare the drinks and deliver them to the customer before the deserts they should also deliver ready prepared cake etc at this point that way nothing will be forgotten �� trial and error I’m sure yous will get it right eventually �

I ordered a cheese cake from the counter and cream soda drink. When the order arrived it was a different cake. I didn’t say anything to the waiter. But the cake I eat was lovely and the drink was nice. Lots to choose from.

After much anticipation finally decided to pop in ..1st of all I waited 15 minutes with 1 person in the cue before me with 6 or 7 staff not even bothering to even attempt to serve anyone the staff looked as if they couldn't care secondly I asked what ice creams there were as most were not labelled and the girl who served me was unsure even after checking with another member of staff....while I stood and waited for a milkshake I did notice that the place was very dirty with cutlery lying on seats and floors rubbish lying around and the till area with menus and paper lying all over the place ... to the the left of the waffle prep area there was a bin overflowing which was off putting aswell I did give 3 stars as the milkshake was very good ... a bit of a disappointment for a new establishment tho.. hopefully this feedback helps you in future

We didnt enjoy it at all. I ordered millionaire shortbread cheesecake, none left (thats fine), then orderded the raspberry and white choc cheesecake, last bit, thought fab. Ordered rest order, woman didnt have a clue what she was doing on till,didnt even know off hand if they had bottled water. Anyway paid. Waited a good 20 mins for order, 2 waffles came, waited bit more then had to ask where cheesecake and drinks were, to be told no cheesecake left. I said i was told i was getting last bit, girl had a right face on her and looked like didnt want to be there. Another girl then comes to table and shows me cheesecake in wrapper she just got from the back. Get it plated up and brought to me and tasted like off milk. Service is terrible and not one member off staff said sorry even after my sister questioned them on the service. I know busy and new but surley they have had training or a manager was on site they could have gone too. Wont be hurrying back.

Very disappointed waited 45mins for a takeaway and had to remind staff 3 times that i was still waiting at the end still 3 items i had to ask for when my order was “apparently” ready. Not impressed �

From the long queue to the worst milkshake we have ever had overpriced and tacky looking. Only thing that made me give 2 stars was that the Sundae was just about edible. We left most of It and and went to candy land along the road.
