Kasturi

Was really looking forward to a cracking meal but unfortunately was left underwhelmed. Litmus test of standard but personal favourite biryani was excellently cooked but accompanying vegetable curry was dry and tasteless which spoilt the entire dish. Disappointed😔

Had a lovely meal here last night. I had chicken pathia and my partner had the bhuna. The naan breads are spot on also! Would recommend if visiting Edinburgh like we are. Good location too!

Average food but the staff were courteous.

Great value for money. Lamb curry was hearty and good size portion.
Music... no playlist, just each song played individually.

Rude! Went in for a bite but the person treated me like he did not want me there. Served others who walked after me first with a smile. Mediocre menu. Walked out.

Is their any options for not giving single star? worst worst worst service I've ever seen and first serve spoons and water and rude and harsh workers they don't even know to say please... Spicy and tasteless food I have ever eaten. Late service arrogant workers. And they have insulting attitude

I've had my starter, which was good. Service ok, laid back but prompt and not obtrusive. Waiting for main course...Lamb Karahi, portion not huge but very tasty.

I must say , if you are a connoisseur like me and in Edinburgh , looking forward for delicious Indian/Bangladeshi food and drinks @ economical rate then Kasturi restaurant is the must place to visit . Especially , I should say the 4 course business lunch menu is perfect and indeed its value for money .

Right from Starters to desserts everything I find here is very delicious . Ambience out here will make you feel energetic and hospitality is really appreciable . Recommended place for Indian cuisine in Edinburgh city center .
