Feelings and emotions are a signal to prepare us for action or movement and we can get better at recognising them for what they are, connecting to them and responding to them in a healthier way. The trick is to feel fear but not fear it, just find the healthy way to respond to it.

Some people say you need to get out of your comfort zone to make changes. I quite like my comfort zone but it's more like a secure launchpad that I can return to when I need. If you're worried about launching yourself into something new it may be that once you've changed you may find your comfort zone has grown too. Happy Friday :-)

The session I had was incredibly relaxing, I wasn't sure to start how it would go as don't like feeling not in control but actually it was one of the best alternative therapy session I've ever had. Kathleen has a really calming voice and puts you at ease straight away. My teenage daughter also responded really well to her session with Kathleen. Would recommend 100%!

My sessions with Kathleen were very helpful. She spent time finding out about my concerns/ habits and made me really think about my behaviours in a relaxed environment. Although I was aware of my surroundings at all times during the hypnotherapy sessions they did put me into a deeply relaxed state and I definitely came out of each session with a better mindset. Having never experienced a session like this previously I must admit to have been feeling slightly uneasy at the thought of discussing my fears and anxieties however I need not have been - Kathleen has such a wonderfully calming nature she made me feel so comfortable right from the moment she answered the door and I left feeling a huge weight had been lifted! Would absolutely recommend!
