Really poor (and glib) personal service.

Rings ordered on 25 July, with promise of delivery in about 2 weeks. I was in no rush but, even after 4 or 5 weeks, I heard nothing. Emails and phone messages all were left unanswered and shop was closed (during its normal trading hours), on the Saturday I was able to visit. It was only after the threat of a bad social media review, did I get a
short response.

This is now 11 weeks after the original order was placed.

As I don't live locally, the owner has agreed to post these. She is, however, ignoring requests for a photo to be sent to ensure there is no furher confusion about what was a pretty straightforward order.

Be warned: really poor service.

Unable to comment about the quality of the items ordered, because not yet received....

Fabulous designs, exquisite jewellery.

I was happy to discover Kathryn's shop on one of our visits to Kirkcudbright some time ago.
I'd had an old wedding ring which had not coped with the strains of my physical job and had cracked.
I replaced it with a lovely band Kathryn made in a rose gold. Suits my colouring, I love it.
