Fully trained to internationally recognised standards in complimentary therapies, and originally from a nursing background, I have now been practicing complimentary therapies in the city of Aberdeen for 20 years. Beginning with Swedish Massage I have since added Advanced Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Reiki for overall body well being.
In 2000 I began training in Counselling Skills (COSCA), and most recently completed training in clinical hypnosis and NLP which I have now been practicing for five years.
I aim to work in a person centred way, treating all clients individual needs in a respectful, confidential and holistic manner drawing on all therapies that I can provide. My aim is to cater to individual requirements and offer combination treatments where desired or appropriate.
