Session 9 of my 1st block of 10 PT sessions completed with Katrina.

I was nervous about going to PT but Katrina has been really good & made me feel comfortable & more confident at each session.

Katrina is firm & pushes you to do as much as you can i feel i am getting stronger as the weeks go by & actually look forward to my exercise sessions always something different every class.

Now booked for my next 10 sessions.

Would highly recommend Katrina.

Session 6 of my first block of PT completed with Katrina. She is so good to work with, pushes you as much as you can take and also so easy to get on with. Really enjoying PT with Katrina, getting fitter each session I have with her and starting to see the benefits, a lot more energy than before.

Really enjoy going to Katrina for my PT already completed one block of 6 and now onto my second block. She is really firm but fair and pushes you to do as much as you can. Really knows what she’s talking about when explaining exercises and what it’s for. Would highly recommend.
