New vaillant ecotec plus 832 going in today as part of a full re development I’m part of in musselburgh job involves a full re pipe of the entire property all new heating and hot and colds and all new drainage!! Big job but luckily they have the right man in for the job 😎. Have a good Friday folks!!

Cleaned out this magnaclean filter on an customers system this week during there annual boiler service.
(Boiler or system not installed by me) as you can see the system filter has really being doing its job.
So often I’m asked if there really necessary during a new boiler or system installation. As you can see they are clearly a vital part of any installation!!

Combi boiler swap out carried out today boiler re-piped for cleaner appearance external filling loop removed and magna cleanse filter added !!

Nice compact ariston water heater fitted today to replace a cold water storage tank and hot water cylinder.
The property now benefits from on demand hot water and mains pressure through out the property.
Fitting this has given the client a whole lot more storage space in there home and they are now also saving money not heating an entire cylinder of hot water.

Great completion photos of a project I was apart of!! We installed full central heating system all new hot and cold supplies throughout the property along with all new internal drainage to allow for kitchen relocation and additional bathroom. Great work carried out by all trades involved to a extremely high standard as you can see by the pictures they speak for themselves.

Another day another boiler install as part of another big refurbishment project I'm working on queen street. There's no easy road to success and in some cases like today not a clean way either haha!!

Another install complete Worcester greenstar 42cdi installed along with new rads. Heating supplies and rads were also installed in the upstairs of the property also where there was none before and boiler was also relocated from the basement into unused cupboard inside the home at the owners request. If your looking to have new boiler fitted don't hesitate to give us a call!!

So many plumbers claim that no job is too big or small, but over about 6 months 3 companies failed us before Kieran came to our rescue. We had a so-called water hammer caused by badly installed pipes. Kieran had to crawl and spend about an hour under our floor, but (unlike the men before him) he didn't even make a comment, just got on with the job. He's also a very pleasant and polite guy, I definitely recommend him.

Recommended you today for my son in laws mothers boiler. He did comment on the post on my page but don't think you will see it, anyhow he was thanking you for your prompt action to his phone call he says you have made one lady very happy and warm. Excellent service thanks

One of the best plumbers me and my family have come across in years!! Nowadays it's hard to find a plumber that will help/fix/give advise to you with out taking the pi*s. Kieran looks after 4 properties in our family and with just a txt of the problem he'll be on the case straight away! His attention to detail when working on a job is superb too! 5 star all the way!

Kieran keeps the communication open and is very flexible in terms of making arrangements. Gives advice and very good service! Had him few times already for different jobs and all done really well! Thank you and couldn't recommend more!

Kieran installed my new gas hob this morning, very neat tidy worker, courteous and friendly person and reasonably priced, would not hesitate to use Kieran again , everything went smoothly from booking to installation. Highly recommended�

Kieran did an excellent job of replacing an old back boiler for a new combi boiler in the time scale mentioned in his competitive quote. He is very hard working and professional. I can only recommend him!

Keiran not only came out quickly he cut his Christmas holiday short to sort out our boiler. And that was just the start of the excellent service we received. Genuine and honest plumber with amazing knowledge and a professional job done quickly. Left no mess explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!!
