Kb'S Fitness + Nutrition Description

Fitness Barn is Moray’s first fitness provider to offer not only the equipment, the location and the workouts which are refreshingly different to other fitness providers; but also the trainers who will not just start you off on your path to a healthier, fitter, stronger, more toned self, but who will be with you every single step of the way - succeeding where other fitness providers fail, by keeping you steadfast, strong, focused and ultimately motivated to achieve your fitness goals.

Fitness Barn trainers have not just learned how to change a life, they have lived it! They have overcome the hurdles and obstacles that lack of self-belief, lack of energy, ill health, loss of focus and desire, pain and life pressures and traumas repeatedly put in the way of reaching fitness goals. They know how to regenerate motivation levels over long periods of time, and aim to share that through Fitness Barn.

Fitness Barn sessions inspire members to recognise that the more they put into their workouts, the more they will get out of them. If a life change is what is wanted, then Fitness Barn seeks to support that change. Through improvement of cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, balance, power, speed, coordination and accuracy using tailored fitness programmes, proactive encouragement, an atypical environment which is different from all other facilities in Moray, and unusual equipment, Fitness Barn can help.

Fitness Barn is based at Tulloch Park, Forres IV36 1AX (behind the Town Hall).

You can change your life as slowly or as quickly as you want with the help ofFitness Barn bootcamps and personal training Sessions. To do it slowly Fitness Barn recommends a minimum of two one hour workouts a week, to do it faster Fitness Barn runs seven one hour bootcamps a week and personal training sessions are available every day of the year. The more you put in, the more you get out - it’s your investment in your health and happiness



PERSONAL TRAINING AND PRICES

Personal training sessions with Fitness Barn are workouts tailored specifically to you - where you are now, where you want to be and the most enjoyable, effective and appropriate way to get you there. Fitness Barn personal training sessions are available all year round, and can be combined with attending bootcamps, following the tailored fitness programme or other fitness regimes already in place.

1 session = 1 x 1 hour =£18 for one person or £20 for two people
12 sessions = 12 x 1 hour = £165 for one person or £220 for two people

TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE AND PRICE

A transformation package is designed for those who absolutely want to improve their body, their wellbeing, their health and their life. These packages are for three months and include three personal training sessions every single week, a tailored programme designed just for you and reviewed twice a month in line with your goals, a health consultation and nutritional guidance every month and unlimited access to all bootcamps – there is no doubt that a Transformation Package is guaranteed to change your life!

This is so true.....when we feel low we eat rubbish to try and make ourselves feel happier...when in fact it does the total opposite, however putting on our shoes and going for a walk would make us feel a whole heap better its free and the makes the world feel a tiny bit better.
