We are currently looking for an experienced chef to join our family run Italian Restaurant in Crieff. Restaurant is 35-40 covers.
Duties include;
Preparing, cooking and presenting the items from the menu. ... Maintaining and achieving high standard food quality Ensuring all food preparation areas under your control are maintained in a clean and tidy condition, and you should comply with all the regulations of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene. You will also be expected to create prep lists and food orders. Should maintain clear communication with floor staff. Be calm and friendly during busy times. Ability to work within small a team.
