Complimentary Therapies including: Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Injury Rehabilitation and Diagnosis, KCR, Joint Mobilization and Functional Cupping.

Kristina Cromarty graduated from Edinburgh's Telford College in 2007 with a HND in Sports Therapy. For the following two years she went on to further develop her skills and knowledge studying Sports and Exercise Science, and in 2009 graduated with Honours.

Shortly after graduating Kristina moved to Lincolnshire and in December 2009 established KC Therapies. For two years she delivered treatments as needed to both the general public and to personnel of the Armed Forces before moving back home to Orkney in 2011. Since graduation she has become a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and practice with a level three qualification and is currently working towards passing the fourth and final level. Kristina is also a member of the Complimentary Therapies Association (CThA) and through the organisation is registered and insured.

Treatments available include: Injury Diagnosis & Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Hopi Ear Candles and Hot Stone Massage.
