Though I was a tenant only for a short time - 2 years - I can truly say I never had a more reliable, helpful, friendly and forthcoming letting agency. The maintenance team bends over backwards to get things done, contact to the letting team was always immediate, to the point and aimed towards mutually satisfying conclusions.
It is the sad reality of the internet that only those who are disgruntled leave reviews, and the happy majority goes unheard. So, yeah, as a temant, I can most definitely recommend KCLS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I know several people who have used this company and none of them have a good thing to say about them. They basically refuse to do any repairs and are incredibly rude to tennants. Do not give these people any business.
